A-Data partners Accel Frontline

New Delhi: A-Data Technology announced that it has appointed Accel Frontline Services as its service provider for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) supports for both channel partners and end-users in the India market.

The service program will begin in June 2009. Under this partnership A-Data's channel partners and end-users will be able to get instant replacement for any A-Data product. The replacement service will cover the complete A-Data product range, from DRAM modules, flash cards, USB flash drives, to SSD and HDD products.

Also with the new RMA service program in place, A-Data customers will receive better and timely services provided by Accel Frontline at service centers across the region.
