A Day In The Life Of... Pankaj Bandlish

Though Pankaj Bandlish of Delhi-based Compro Computers India had a
well-established business of reselling, his zeal for scaling new heights made
him venture into a totally different field, ie consultancy. He now owns a
placement agency, Utkarsh Staffing Solutions, and is enjoying running both the
businesses

7:00 AM

Bandlish starts his day by reading the newspaper. After that over a cup of tea
he holds discussions with his wife

9:30 AM

First stop for the day is at his Patel Nagar showroom after which he heads to
his office located in Nehru Place

12:30 PM

Before starting his office work, Bandlish performs a pooja. He believes that
worship should be performed with a true heart

2:30 PM

Bandlish interacts with his customers and listen to their queries personally. A
calm person, he shares friendly relations with his employees, which creates a
congenial environment in his office

5:00 PM

Being the owner of a placement agency, he knows how to maintain the spirit of
the employees working with him. So time and again he takes the initiative to
cheer up his subordinates. Before leaving for home, Bandlish normally spends
sometime with his employees and listens to their grievances, suggestions and
opinions

7:00 PM

Once he reaches home, he wants his family, which includes his two children-
Akshat and Aabhaas and his wife, around him

9:00 PM

The entire family has dinner together. Bandlish likes to spend as much time as
possible with his kids and wife. He finds this a great way to release fatigue
and rejuvenate himself
