A Different View: Wah Taj Wah

DESIGNATION AND COMPANY: Sales Manager, Aten International

FREQUENCY OF VISITS TO INDIA: I have been a regular visitor to India
and come down roughly three times a year. My visits are mostly work related as
Aten International organizes training programs and keeps launching various
schemes on a regular basis.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT INDIA: India is an incredible place to be in. What I
like most about the country is certainly the variety of food it offers. I always
try as many local cuisines as I can. Besides this, the country's unique culture
adds to its beauty. I totally believe in the adage the tourism department has
coined for the country-Incredible India.

WHAT I DISLIKE ABOUT INDIA: Traffic is the only thing I dislike about
India, and the authorities should take note of this alarming condition. If you
get caught in traffic you can be rest assured that you would never make it to
your destination on time. Once I had to reach a place in half an hour and it
took me two hours to reach the spot. I hope someone takes the situation into
consideration and improves the commuters problems.

WHAT I LOOK FORWARD TO IN INDIA: India's economy is booming and that
is something I look forward to witnessing every time I visit the country. But
the government really needs to bridge the gap between the rich and poor, and
remove the economic disparities. However, there are a few suggestions from my
end as well. The cost of staying in a five star hotel is way too high and there
should be a reduction in the same. It is too expensive compared to other
developing countries in the world.

ONE THING ABOUT INDIA THAT STUCK TO MY MIND: The Taj Mahal, which has
been reelected as one of the seven wonders of the world, is something that
fascinates me. It is a beautiful monument and will surely remain in my memory
forever.
