After the acquisition of En Pointe Global Services, a US-based SAP consulting and support services provider, Allied Digital completely focused on the service

business with the US subsidiary focusing on distribution and related sectors.

Besides moving in customer services to India with the real driver behind the motive being the EPS margins, the company is now focusing to create a strong global services delivery model, concentrating on consulting services.

Perhaps the first Indian SP to generate Rs 244 crore from exports, which is almost 35 percent of its revenue. The company has been successful in getting incremental revenues as a result of the En Pointe GS and Digicomp stakes adding more clients. Closing the last FY results at Rs 672.3 crore, third-party maintenance services and facility management accounted for the bulk of the gross revenue at Rs 12.2 crore and Rs 10.3A crore respectively. IT/ITeS and telecom sector remained the top priority for Allied Digital with 30 percent of the revenue pouring in from this vertical followed by the reselling category at 17 percent.

Besides entering the cloud computing space, Allied also focused on mobile ARM (Automated Remote Management) which delivers pro-active management, monitoring and support of mobile users, devices, platforms and mobile applications across the entire mobile life cycle.

Coming up with a strong focus on the consulting business, the company has already created a Special Interest Group (SIG) which includes server and storage, networking, UNIX and security solutions.

For the forthcoming financial year, Allied Digital will focus on geographical growth by offering more depth in remote services in various markets. Also, the company will be striving to shift current clients to remote services globally.
