In order to strengthen their relationship with the dealers in North Delhi,

organized a dealer meet where the company showcased its latest range of laser
and MFD printers. The meeting marked the presence of 70 resellers from North
Delhi.

"It has been a long time since we had conducted this kind of interaction
with the dealers in the north region. The meeting was organized with the
co-operation of A.L.A. Computers who is our stockiest in North Delhi. The
meeting has been very successful and it helped Samsung to know its dealers in
better way, and to understand their requirements and concerns," explained
Rajesh Kumar, Sales Manager-IT, Samsung India.

Commenting on the vendor-dealer meet, Avishkar Arora, CEO, A.L.A. Computers
remarked that the meeting was a good platform for the dealers to have an open
interaction with the vendor.

"Samsung is promoting its printer business in a big way and it is aiming
at capturing a large market-share. Such meetings help the dealers to get
informed about the enhanced services on on-site warranty by Samsung,"
shared Arora.

The vendor used the dealers' meet to create awareness among the channel
partners about the benefit of color laser printers over other range of printers
and directed them to convince the customers to buy products of better utility
and features.

"Our main agenda was to inform the dealers about the wide range of
printers that we have and also to let them know that color laser printers are
far more profitable for the customers to buy than black and white
printers," informed Kumar.

Samsung is aiming to increase the sale of laser printers by 10-12 percent by
the end of this year and is focusing on SMB market to expand the product reach.
