ABC is regional disti for Gajshield

Gajshield Infotech has appointed Associated Business Computers (ABC) as its
exclusive regional distributor. The company has joined hands with Avaya
GlobalConnect, the exclusive national distributor for Gajshield Infotech, to
market the unified performance and technical management (UPTM) appliances in
North India.

On being associated with Gajshield, Sujeet Narula, CEO, Associate Business
Computers said, "it is our pleasure to be associated with a company like
Gajshield". He further added that as the threats like virus, spams have
increased, the need for such management programs too has risen.

"UPTM is the latest kid on the block. It is a complete management
program where companies can be secured by just installing this software. We
offer a complete package providing features like threat management, firewall,
anti-spam, virtual private network, URL filtering, website content filtering,
gateway anti-virus, intrusion detection system, intrusion prevention system,
performance management traffic analysis, network behavior analysis, policy-based
ISP fail-over, load balancing and bandwidth management," Narula said. He
also informed that companies having 10 to 1,500 employees could use UPTM.

Rajeev Samanta, Country Manager, Avaya GlobalConnect, on being asked for the
reasons behind choosing ABC, said that the company has an experience in handling
UTM business and also commands a good reputation in the market. "The
company will be exclusively handling NCR and Delhi region. For us, it is a
value-added partnership," he added.

On the company's future plans, Samanta informed that Avaya GlobalConnect
would be appointing more partners in future too.
