Adobe appoints Umang Bedi as MD

has appointed Umang Bedi as its MD-sales & marketing, South
Asia. In his new role, Umang will lead the company's sales &
marketing operations for India and Saarc. Working with a
high-performing and rapidly-growing team of business professionals,
he'll be responsible for driving strong growth for Adobe in key
verticals including education, government, enterprise and the booming
Indian creative industry. Umang will also join Adobe's Asia Pacific
leadership team.

Commenting
on
his appointment, Julian Quinn, VP, Adobe, Asia Pacific said, “Umang
joins us at a very important time when the company is responding to
the tremendous demand in India following the successful launches of
Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 and Acrobat X over the last 12 months.”
