With continued focus on managed IT services and facili-ties management,
Allied Digital Services reported an excellent jump in its revenue for the year
2005-06. The total turnover for the company increased from Rs 97 crore in
2004-05 to Rs 159 crore in 2005-06, a significant jump of 64 percent. It
partnered with e-Cop for its security technology and services.

With the rise in info-security risks and need for information security
compliance, Allied Digital believes there is a ready market for this form of
robust managed security services. It is very well positioned to leverage its
in-depth technical expertise to deliver robust managed security services.

Allied also saw the year with a very exciting tie-up. Prior to its planned
IPO, the company got a boost with Bennett & Coleman acquiring a five percent
stake. This alliance helped the company to achieve an increase in its brand
value. This also resulted in enhanced presence, wherever the brand comes in
contact with customers, principals, prospects and influencers. It also enabled
Allied to carry our service offerings globally.
