Apara Enterprise Solutions : Fastest Grower

Apara Enterprise Solutions has managed to shake of the fiscal lethargy it was
facing in the past two fiscals.It posted a rapid 118 percent growth in 2007-08
revenue of Rs 196 crore, up from Rs 90 crore the previous year. Last year it
entered into new vendor alliances with VMware, F5 Networks, Riverbed and Quantum
Systems.

The company bagged three major projects like Ericsson's mobile packet
backbone network implementation, Lehmann Brothers' storage consolidation,
National Stock Exchange's consolidation and disaster recovery. The other
significant attribution to the company's growths were setting up of the NOC for
remote ma­nage­ment and moni­toring services, setting up Apara Labs for training
and POC.

Managed services con­tri­buted Rs 171 crore, while third party maintenance
and systems integration brought in Rs 27 crore and Rs 11 crore, res-pectively.
Facility management services, disaster recovery services, IT consultancy and
network integration were the other contri-butors to the overall turnover.
