Array Networks' Sameena Ahmed wins CFO of the Year award

announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Sameena
Ahmed, was named winner of the highly coveted Silicon Valley/San Jose
Business Journal 2010 CFO of the Year award. Ahmed was honored as the
winner of this prestigious award in the large privately-held
companies category based on her achievements in the last several
years.

Array Networks in 2004 and has played a significant role in
the success and growth of the company. Under her leadership, the
company achieved many milestones that include increasing revenues by
over 700 percent over a six year period and achieving profitability
for several years. She takes on more responsibilities than the
typical CFO and manages legal, human resources, IT and corporate
administration in addition to the traditional duties such as
overseeing cost control, financial reporting and budgeting.
