Bihar association to form IT policy in state

After 10 years of its establishment, the Bihar IT Association (BITA) has
finally awaken from its hibernation and decided to make the body more active so
that they can develop the state as an IT hub of the nation. The association
plans to represent itself in the newly formed IT ministry of the Bihar
government. It is also looking forward to interacting with distributors and
vendors for issues faced by partners in Bihar more proactively.

For evoking the channel participation in these activities, key dealers in
Patna took the initiative of organizing an interactive meeting recently, which
was attended by dealers from Patna and other regions like Muzaffarpur, Gaya and
Sasaram. The event was marked by the presence of Navin Kumar, Principal
Secretary-IT and Finance, Govt of Bihar.
