BITOAA bids goodbye to inactive board members

In view of the lack of participation from members, Bhoj Information
Technology and Office Automation Association (BITOAA) has resolved to decrease
the strength of their members in the various cells that were designed by the
governing body at the time of election.

The governing body had formed 10 cells to deal with several issues. This
included distributor cell, OEM cell, reseller cell, government cell, technology
cell, customer cell, event management cell, culture/greeting/welfare cell and
sports cell.

Talking about the move, Ashish Jain, President BITOAA stated, “At a
recently concluded meeting we resolved to remove those members from the various
committees who were unwilling to handle their respective posts, either because
they were busy looking after their business or had other engagements. Also,
those members who were not actively involved in the association activities have
been given the liberty to opt out of the various committees they were engaged
in.”

The association will be reducing the size of the committees from 10 members
per cell to seven or eight.

Pradeep Saxena, CEO, Wertech Engineers, who was a part of BITOAA's
government cell, stated, “I already have other commitments as I am also a
member of the Lion's Club. Besides my business keeps me busy and hence I
decided to give up my post and continue as a member of the association.”
