Brother introduces BEST support

Brother International has introduced Brother Express Support Team (BEST), a
specially designed service, which provides customers with on-site help and
toll-free customer service helplines-1800 222 422 and 1800 209 8904 to offer
technical expertise. The latter number can be accessed from any landline or
mobile anywhere in the country.

BEST authorized service centers are present in 85 locations and this number
will reach 100 by the end of this fiscal year. The company's objective is to
reach out to the customer, in practically all locations across the country,
wherever Brother products are available.

In addition, the company offers an on-site warranty of one year. Customers
also have the choice of buying extended warranty packs available. The customer
would only need to log onto: www.brother.in and complete the registration
formalities.
