Brother's Anand Kumar shifted to Dubai

Brother International Ltd is shifting its Indian Country
Manager, RS Anand Kumar from Mumbai to Dubai. Anand will be handling the laser
printer business of Brother for the markets of Middle East, Turkey, Parts of
Africa and India from December 1st.

Anand has been promoted to the position of Ranjit
Gurkhar,
the earlier GM for the Middle East and India market and Gurkhar is shifted up in
the hierarchy. Brother is yet to find a successor, who will be recruited in the
vacant position of Country Manager of India. Kumar said, "At present since
we are yet to find a successor for India, I am handling the additional
responsibility of looking after the business at India."

Anand has been in charge of the Indian market for the past two years, when
Brother declared its plans tp invest Rs $3 million in the Indian market. Besides
this, he spearheaded the gradual expansions of the company, where it got into
the retail business, with plans to increasing its channel network for different
set of products.
