Canon rings in holiday with scheme

Mumbai : Canon India has rolled out two Christmas offers--'Canon Xmas
Offer' and 'Canon 10 X Creative Kit Offer' to reinforce the company's consumer
focus. These offers are valid on the Canon inkjet all-in-one (MP145 or MP198)
and inkjet (iP 1980) printers, respectively and will run across 23 cities, till
Dec 31, 2008.

Under the Canon Xmas offer, customers who buy Canon AIO printers (MP 145 or
MP-198) from authorized Canon partners in India will be eligible to claim a '2GB
USB pen drive' as a gift from the company along with the purchase.

The 'Canon 10 X Creative Kit Offer' is available on the iP 1980 printer, used
extensively for home printing, primarily by students. Along with its purchase,
customers will get a specially designed '10 X Creative Kit' containing 10 handy
accessories, like a pair of scissors, a stapler, a photo frame, one strip of
stickers, a creative park CD, a glue stick, media paper, a tape dispenser, a
packet of colored U-clips, etc. Along with this, the offer also includes a six
months extended on-site warranty on the printer.
