Observing the growing business of IT market and the increasing demand for
mobile products, New Delhi based Challenger Computers has decided to expand its
product portfolio and the company is soon going to add branded laptops to its
basket.
Manoj Gupta, CEO, Challenger Computers shared that he is in dialogue with one
of the leading laptop vendors in the market and will officially unveil the name
of the company in the first week of April and declined to share the name of the
vendor. Along with the laptop, PCs will also be included in the product list and
Challenger will open a retail store that is scheduled to be inaugurated along
with the official announcement of the business tie-up. Challenger will also take
care of the service and support of the products and will open a service center.
"Right now I am in process of finalizing the deal and will disclose the
name once it is officially over. The company is one of the leading laptop brand
and enjoys a very good market share," commented Gupta.
Challenger Computers is on expansion spree and has recently taken the charge
of Punjabi Bagh based showroom of Airtel. "Customers across the segment are
showing high interest in buying laptops and it is the right time to enter into
this business with a well-known brand," commented Gupta.
