management and provides consulting IT services to banks, FIs and corporate. The
company operates three lines of businesses which are software products for
financial derivatives industry, consulting and IT services in financial
derivatives space and BPO for mid and back office operations for banks, FIs,
hedge funds and corporates dealing in derivatives.

Pyxis enjoys a 40 percent cost advantage with a development center in India
combined with highly experienced and capable consultants. Its size and location
enables Pyxis to provide more cost effective solutions than any of its
competitors.

Current IT infrastructure of the company

Pyxis Sytems has HP and Dell Intel-based servers and workstations along with
multiple LAN switches, routers, firewalls, telephone PBX and communication units
that enable the smooth running of its day-to-day operations.

Proposed IT infrastructure for 2006

Pyxis is looking to add on more HP and Dell servers and workstations to its
infrastructure. The company is also looking at adding a Unix entry server.

Pyxis procures its systems from various vendors depending on the need.

For Pyxis, cost competitiveness and responsiveness to problems covered under
warranty are very important when they sign up with their suppliers. Additionally
