CMDA holds health seminar

Pune-based Computer and Media Dealers Association (CMDA) held a health
seminar recently at ICICI tower. The health workshop was conducted by Jagdish
Hiremath, renowned cardiologist in the city.

The workshop was attended by over 100 members and their spouses. During the
event, members were given an insight into how to prevent a cardiac attack and
discussions were held on various health related issues. Members were also given
tips on how to maintain day-to-day routine and doing simple exercises to stay
fit.

Talking about the workshop, Naresh Lalwani, President, CMDA stated, "The
health seminar has been received well by our members. Many of our members have
approached us and requested us to make this a regular affair. We will hold
similar seminars on a monthly basis."
