CSC announces global alliance with Xerox

CSC announced a global alliance with Xerox Corp to create and deliver
comprehensive information technology (IT) and document management solutions
targeted at industries including public sector, manufacturing, healthcare,
insurance and financial services. This announcement builds on an existing
business relationship between the two companies.

Xerox has provided CSC customers with document management services and
technology that increases the impact of transactional printing-bringing
personalization and color to account statements, invoices, bills and product
collaterals. The alliance will further enable customers to benefit from joint
innovation in their business processes and reduce their document-related costs.

CSC also named Xerox to its recently formed Premier Partnership Program-developed
to more effectively work with alliance partners in addressing customers'
business needs. “Companies are being flooded with information-from e-mails,
business-critical documents and daily correspondence-and are looking for ways
to cut through the clutter in order to make informed business decisions fast,”
said Stephen Cronin, President, Xerox Global Services.

“Our global alliance program is built on the strength of our partners,”
said David Booth, President- Sales and Marketing, CSC. “The addition of
Xerox to our alliance network allows CSC to offer services that leverage the
power of document management and services, which supports our natural
progression toward optimally satisfied customers,” Booth added.
