Cyberstar and Alvarion Wimax Solutions join hands

Mumbai: Cyberstar Infocom has entered into a distribution arrangement with
Alvarion, provider of WiMAX and wireless broadband network solutions. According
to Raj Rathi, MD of Cyberstar Infocom, "In order to help Alvarion gain
better footprint in the Indian market, we would go together for market
development, pre and post sales service infrastructure, and channel education
programs. Alvarion is hopeful that the with Cyberstar will help bridge the gap
between end users and system integrators and further help in enabling government
agencies, and enterprises to get access to better WiMAX services.

As a part of this tie-up, Cyberstar conducted product road shows on 21st and
22nd of December in Delhi and Bangalore simultaneously.

Given its strong hold in the wireless broadband and Open WiMAX space, Alvarion
offers a wide range of WiMAX products covering frequency bands, both fixed and
nomadic, and mobile solutions. It also offers WiMAX solution deployments across
target market segments around the world.
