Cyberstar all set to take Lexmark printers across the country

After being appointed as the national distributor of Lexmark, Bangalore-based
Cyberstar Infocom Ltd is all set to take its printers all over the country
through its existing 22 offices.

Disclosing the new strategy of Cyberstar Raj Rathi, MD, Cyberstar Infocom Ltd
said, “We will be more than happy in continuing the relationship with existing
Lexmark regional distributors, who showed their interest in us. Premier
Computers, Bangalore; Galaxy Computech, Kolkata; Microart and General
Electronics, Mumbai; DIKIBI, Pune; Softek, Delhi; Shanti Business Centre, Jaipur
and Lexmark Diamond Partners Ankita Electronics, Bangalore, Rose Computers,
Mumbai and Radha of Cochin are among the interested ones.

Cyberstar is also on the look out for exclusive partners to distribute
printers in those locations where Lexmark does not have any partner yet. Going a
step ahead Cyberstar is thinking of appointing corporate resellers in all the
locations with a commitment to protect the account for each of the corporate
partner. “We want to make sure that our partners make maximum profit. That is
why we are planning to give them an exclusive status,” elaborated Rathi.
Cyberstar would focus on entire product range of Lexmark products including mono
and color laser printers, MFDs, AIOs, Inkjet and supplies with a separate
product strategy.

Cyberstar also confirmed that all the programs launched by Lexmark
for Indian market would continue as is. These include Lexexpress, onsite service
and replacement, toll free number for Lexmark technical service and support help
desk number and service tie-up with Accel etc.
