D-Link appoints Digi-Care service partners across India

Mumbai: D-Link India is expanding the reach of their service centers and therefore has appointed service partners in Surat, Baroda, Nagpur, Raipur and Jammu to provide service and support for D-Link and Digi-Link range of products. D-Link is perhaps the only company in India to offer integrated post sales, hardware support services.

Digi-Care, the service division of D-Link consists of RMA centers/service centers, Technical Assistance Center ie customer support center and a Direct Service Department. The role of a RMA center or a service center is to fulfill warranty, collect and replace products and provide repair and refurbishment services.

Balgond Chougula, AVP-Service and Support, D-Link India said, “At D-Link, our philosophy is to delight customers by going an extra mile and provide unprecedented service, on top of high-quality products. In our constant endeavor to be reachable to our customers, we have already established 25 service centers pan India by now and aim to have 20 more through our Digi-Care service partner model in this financial year. We will extend all our support to Digi-Care service partners to enable them to provide high level of service for their customers.”

Amongst the appointed partners are S Kumar Computers for Surat and Baroda, Unilogic Systems (India) for Nagpur, Viraj Infocomm for Jammu and Micro Maintenance Services for Raipur.
