D-Link to bridge gap between customers and channels

D-Link India has introduced one more value added service to
bridge the gap between its customers and channels. D-Link customers can now SMS
on 6060 to know more about D-Link products and offers.

As mobile phones gain greater popularity throughout the
country and use of SMS gets more convenient, D-Link has introduced this service;
wherein by sending an SMS message starting with 'D-Link (Product Code)' to
short mobile code 6060, the user will be able to get entire details of D-Link
products. This service can be accessed through any mobile phone or operator
throughout India.

Tushar Sighat, VP, Channel Business, D-Link India said,
"We believe it would be of tremendous value to our customers to be able to
know easily about D-Link products they are looking for through their mobile
phones."

He further said "In 'Explore 2005-06', we promised our channel
support in generating leads and business."
