DCC opens office in Mumbai, bags exclusive rights for Dell tablet distribution

Pune-based distributor and retailer, Data Care Corporation (DCC) recently opened up a new office in Mumbai. It also opened a multi-brand retail outlet in Wagholi, Pune. In other developments, the company also has bagged exclusive distribution rights for Dell tablets for Maharashtra state excluding Mumbai.

Commenting on this, Santosh Mhaske, GM, Data Care Corporation said, "In the last month, we opened a office in Mumbai as well as a retail outlet in Wagholi. The Mumbai office will be functioning as branch office only. We opened this office to cater to the requirements of two brands, one is Circle and its range of products and the other one Apotop." He further added, "Apotop is Taiwanese brand and we are directly importing the products which included memory modules, SD and Micro SD cards, SSD and many more. We are national distributors for both these brands."

DCC's Wagholi retail outlet will cover a range of products and it was opened to cater to the requirements of that region. Along with this, DCC now has 10 retail stores across Maharashtra in all key cities and it includes both Dell exclusive stores and multi-brand retail outlets.

In other development, DCC has bagged the rights of exclusive distribution of Dell Tablets in Maharashtra state excluding Mumbai region. Commenting on this, Mhaske said, "This is the most recent addition to our offerings. The process and paperwork is all completed and now we will be making the stocks available for sale starting the end of this week."

Going ahead, the company has plans to open offices in Gujarat and Karnataka in the coming two months. However, nothing is finalized as of now.
