Dell appoints Supertron as national disti

Kolkata: Supertron Electronics has entered into a new tie-up with Dell
as a national distributor for desktops, laptops and TFT monitors. Announcing
this in Kolkata, VK Bhandari, MD, Supertron said that this tie up would add
greater variety to the Supertron channel and offer a much larger choice to its
customers.

Bhandari stated, "Dell commercial range has an unmatched combination of
performance with a balanced design for home and corporate users. Dell laptops
have been reengineered to take on the demands of an increasingly mobile
workforce. With our proven distribution muscle, we hope that this alliance will
help more and more customers to manage expanding their business needs."

Sanddep Sharan, Director-SMB Sales, Dell India said, "Appointment of
Supertron will add to Dell's plans for a pan-India presence with greater channel
alignment to boost our sales and offerings in the channel."
