Diskeeper Corporation launched Diskeeper 2008, performance enhancement
defragmenter. Diskeeper 2008 has the ability to defrag under the most extreme
levels of low free space or the highest levels of fragmentation. This is all
done completely transparently with background processing technology,
InvisiTasking.

Diskeeper 2008 has features like defrag with one percent reed space ensures
defrag management under the most extreme hard disk conditions; can defrag under
the heaviest fragmentations levels including millions of fragments; has
intelligent defrag dynamically chooses which software engine will net the most
performance gains on any system. The Frag Shield 2.0 boosts reliability,
preventing fragmentation of critical files and Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS)
Compatibility mode leverages the data protection of VSS with the performance and
reliability benefits of defragmenting. The Disk Performance Analyzer for
Networks in the Administrator Edition provides performance metrics on-demand or
email, while I-FAAST 2.0 (Intelligent File Access Acceleration Sequencing
Technology) automatically boosts access speeds for your most frequently used
files up to 80 percent.
