DSK Worldman to manufacture PC products in India

China-based Worldman Technology Company, a TCL Group company has joined hands
with Pune-based DSK Group to manufacture and market its IT products in India.
Called DSK Worldman Computers the company has set-up a state-of-the-art
manufacturing unit in Pune. “The tie-up took place in September. We have already
started our activity in West, North and South where we have appointed our
distributors and partners. Now we are launching our products in East,” said
Sarat Kumar Rout, RSM-East, DSK Worldman Computers.

The company has launched three models of laptops, desktops and TFT monitors
(15, 17 and 19-inch) in the Indian market. The desktop range, priced between Rs
23,000 to Rs 35,000, is based on Intel's latest platform and comes with TFT
monitors.
