Emerson appoints Ankesh Kumar for channel products

New Delhi: Emerson Network Power has elevated Ankesh Kumar as Senior Manager-Channel Products (India). Prior to this, Kumar headed the marketing and communications function for Emerson Network Power in India.

In his new role, Kumar will be responsible for product management and marketing of the Liebert small and micro UPS product line in India. He will drive ownership of product lifecycle management and manage 'product, price, place and promotion' of the channel product line for Emerson. Additionally, Kumar will continue to lead the marketing communication team at the company.

Commenting on the appointment, Sandeep Nair, MD, Emerson Network Power (India) said, “Emerson provides great growth opportunities to their employees and we are proud to have Ankesh Kumar promoted as Senior Manager for channel products. Given Kumar's past exposure to the marketing and communication function, I am confident he will further grow our small and micro UPS product line in India.”
