Enjoy lifetime warranty with D-Link

Mumbai: D-Link announced that its business solution products now include a lifetime warranty. Starting this October, D-Link business solution products purchased from D-Link or through authorized resellers and distributors will be covered by the lifetime warranty for as long as the product is owned by the original customer, or up to a period of five years after the product's discontinuance, whichever occurs first.

Speaking about this new initiative, Jayesh Kotak, VP—Product Management, D-Link (India) said, "This is in line with company’s focus on providing world-class products/solutions and services. This warranty policy is certainly going to be a great win-win situation for our customers and is also testament of the quality of D-Link products."

This new warranty will cover D-Link’s entire business solution product line, which includes smart switches, unmanaged and managed switches, business wireless, and firewall security appliances.

Elaborating further, Raj Jadhav, VP—Solution Consulting, Tech-Support & IT, D-Link (India) said, "By offering a lifetime warranty, we hope to provide our customers the ability to plan with confidence their network development road map for the future without having to worry about wastage of previously invested resources or product quality."

The lifetime warranty policy now includes D-Link business solution products sold in India through its value-added resellers, solution providers and national & regional distributors.
