Epson launches new all-in-ones for home users

Bangalore: Epson has announced the launch of the EPSON Stylus CX7300. As a
general purpose AIO (all-in-one) designed for everyday use in the office and
home, Epson's latest offering promises the convenience of a converged print,
scan and copy platform with impressive printing speed, amazing print quality and
ease-of-use.

Boasting print speeds of 32ppm (pages per minute); the EPSON Stylus CX7300
AIO is equipped with Epson's DuraBrite ultra inks for sharper text quality and
glossier photo printouts. With the Micro-Piezo print head, 4R photo prints can
be accomplished in as little as 19 seconds.

Adding to the overall convenience of an AIO, Epson's latest addition also
includes a comprehensive built-in card slot bay and Pictbridge capability for
PC-less operations.

With the increase in black text document printing, EPSON Stylus CX7300
features an ink cartridge bay which accepts either standard capacity or high
capacity black ink cartridge to suit individual printing needs.

For the budget conscious, the new AIO employs an individual four-ink
cartridge configuration to ensure minimal wastage since users only need to
replace depleted ink cartridges.

The AIO is available from at a price of Rs. 6499/-. Standard ink cartridges
are priced at Rs. 460/- while the high capacity ink cartridges are priced at Rs.
640/-.

Additionally Epson has also launched the EPSON Stylus CX8300 designed for the
home and office users. EPSON Stylus CX830C0 allows users to access a wide range
of print, scan and copy functions via a panel of intuitive control buttons and
also preview images stored in memory cards or from PictBridge-enabled devices on
the built-in 2.5inch tilt-able LCD viewer. Using the one-touch buttons, users
can manage image-editing functions and confirm print jobs on the LCD viewer
before printing — all without the use of a PC. This new AIO is also equipped
with the new improved DURABrite Ultra inks and the Micro-Piezo print head.

Together with 4R printing speeds of just 19 seconds, copy speeds of up to 30
cpm (copies per minute) and scanning resolutions of up to 1200dpi (dots per
inch), the EPSON Stylus CX8300 is compatible with either the standard capacity
or high capacity black ink cartridge.

The EPSON Stylus CX8300 is priced at Rs. 8299.
