Epson Stylus Photo R1900 launched

Epson announced the launch of the Epson Stylus Photo R1900. Designed for
advanced amateur digital imaging enthusiasts, the new eight-ink A3+ photo
printer is equipped with a new ink set and improved image processing technology.

With the inclusion of a new orange ink and improved gloss optimizer, Photo
R1900 offers a significantly wider colour gamut.

The printer promises flexibility for use, with a wide variety of paper media
as well as printing directly onto CDs and DVDs. R1900 is capable of working
without a PC too and offers direct photo printing from inputs including digital
cameras and photoviewers via PictBridge. In addition, dual USB 2.0 ports allow
for multiple PC connections in the photo studios as well.

The Epson Stylus Photo R1900 is priced at Rs. 39,999 and available from
March.
