Epson unveils entry-level A4 scanner

Epson has unveiled an entry-level A4 scanner that produces scanned images and
documents with little hassle. Packed with features aimed at enhancing the
scanning process, the Epson Perfection V30 scanner is ideal for homes and small
offices.

Relatively light at 2.2kg and measuring 41mm in height, the Epson Perfection
V30 scanner has an optical resolution of 4,800dpi and 48-bit color depth. As the
original color and details of every scanned image will be accurately captured
and reproduced, the Epson Perfection V30 is suited for both document and photo
scanning.

This scanner incorporates the energy-efficient ReadyScan LED Technology. The
white light LED technology is environment friendly as the ReadyScan LEDs contain
no mercury, have low power consumption and heat dissipation, and virtually no
warm up time.
