Govind Ramamurthy, CEO & MD, eScan,
commented, “Cleaning Rootkits and file infections were always a
problem as they infect critical Windows System files or hide beneath
the Windows Operating System layer. With the eScan Rescue Disk, users
can easily clean boot their PC and clean their system. We have
introduced this Rescue Disk feature from the recently released eScan
Version 10.0.1058.657 and above. This feature is unique on the sense
that it is one of the few Windows based rescue disk and presents
users with an easy-to-use standard Windows interface to clean
infections and also to troubleshoot problems in the OS. The eScan
Rescue Disk is available for all Windows OS above Windows 2000,
including Windows 7.”
