IBM India launched its Express Advantage' initiative for mid-market
businesses and introduced a host of cross industry solutions for SMEs in six
major cities. Express Advantage is a strategic initiative, which includes a
comprehensive portfolio of products and services. It provides mid-market
businesses with access to a network of local IBM business partners and customer
experience capabilities providing them with a unified end-to-end approach to
help them innovate and grow.

IBM finance will also offer customers and business partners, a complete
single source financing at competitive rates, featuring easy access to leases
and loans for IBM and non-IBM hardware, software and services. Also a full range
of buyback, recycling and scrap services will be offered to help them manage
costs, while simultaneously funding growth.

In India, some of the partners of IBM who have signed up with this initiative
include Lasersoft, Sage Software, Sobha Renaissance Info Tech, Karishma
Software, Shawman, Spectrasoft, Radiant Infosystems, Nexstep, Global Groupware
Solutions etc.
