Fortinet strengthens sales enablement program

Bengaluru: Fortinet has launched Tech Pacific India training facility in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai.

The two courses being offered currently include the Fortinet Certified Network Security Administrator (FCNSA) course modules 201 and 301, which offer training on administration and content inspection for the FortiGate multi-threat security appliance.

According to Vishak Raman, Regional Director, Fortinet India and SAARC, ‘This is a key development for Fortinet India, as having ground training support services will help users better understand our products and maximize their benefits. This move is also timely, as the current economic downturn is creating strong demand for FortiGate appliances due to the CAPEX and OPEX savings they offer customers. Ingram Micro has given us access to their training facilities for this. Tech Pacific is a subsidiary of Ingram Micro, a Fortinet distribution partner in India.’
