Innovation was the key for Bangalore-based Frontier Business Systems, which
used new strategies for achieving growth and profitability and improving
customer satisfaction. Having garnered a total revenue of 176 crore last fiscal,
the company ventured into new and niche areas (verticals) which required high
technical and integration skills besides working capital investments and managed
to draw out strategies revolving around account mapping and management. This
helped the company to bag some large deals, which aided further growth.
Customers were largely impressed by the quality offered and credence to that
were the various awards of recognition that the company got.
