Gigabyte connects with customers & channel

New Delhi: Gigabyte, has introduced a toll free number to get closer to its consumers with quick support service. This service head started on July 1, 2009 and is exclusively for Gigabyte's customer base and channel network in India.

Gigabyte has a call center service outsourced in collaboration with Accel Frontline, which will assist customers and channel partners on all support services. Gigabyte users can call on the toll-free number, 1-800-425-4945 to get their queries addressed. This number will provide pre-sales and post sales support, service support and technical support. Customers and partners can avail this free service anytime between 9am and 6pm. The company further plans to continuously monitor the toll free service quality and will upgrade infrastructure as per needs.
