Mumbai: Gigabyte announced its post-sales pick-and-deliver service for motherboards, already commenced from July 1. The service are provided through Accel Frontline Services.
Introduced only in the Indian market, this service will be provided for places that fall more than 25km away from existing service centers, ie Accel Frontline Services and Digicare RMA centers. This step is a significant enhancement of its RMA support service and will provide the facility to all channel partners as well as end users all across the country, be it metros, mini metros or small towns. The service has been especially designed to reach out and provide support to remote locations which were hitherto not within the radar.
To strengthen its post-sales infrastructure, Gigabyte is sprucing up the level one and level two supports. The service calls can be booked through the ASP websites.
“Our RMA centers have been providing very good support to the market in metros and urban areas; however, we felt that our customers and partners located away from the metros needed special attention. With growing customer base and market spreading in mini metros, small towns and satellite regions, we have been working on an enhanced service and supply chain initiative for these locations,” explained Rajan Sharma, GM-Sales MB BU, Gigabyte India.
He further added, “This entire initiative will be supervised by us continuously and we will ramp up support infrastructure in line with our product sales pattern and feedback from customers.”
