Gigabyte Technology unveiled the flagship GA-P35-DQ6, GA-P35-DQ6 and
GA-G33M-DS2R motherboards based on the highly efficient Intel P35 chipset and
introducing the latest Gigabyte ultra durable 2 design. The Gigabyte P35
features the Intel P35 chipset, with optimized system memory capabilities and
chipset overspeed protection removed for extreme levels of overclocking
performance. The Gigabyte P35 Series also supports the latest multi-core
processors up to FSB 1,333MHz, including the upcoming 45nm platform, with its
record breaking performance and greater energy efficiency.

Further the Gigabyte P35 Series introduces the Gigabyte Ultra Durable 2
design, providing optimized power savings, ultra cooling and extended system
durability. In addition to using all-solid capacitors to provide enhanced system
stability and ensuring a longer component lifespan, the Gigabyte P35 Series
motherboards feature low RDS(on) MOSFETS, delivering lower power consumption
during the switching process, resulting in a faster switching process and less
heat generation. Gigabyte P35 Series utilize higher quality ferrite chokes,
whose properties hold energy much longer than common iron-core chokes at high
frequency, providing reduced core energy loss and lower EMI interference for
extended system reliability.
