Aimed at empowering small and medium businesses (SMBs) to run
their day-to-day business processes with greater ease, Delhi-based system
integration company Green Vision has initiated the concept of offering solutions
to customers on lease basis. According to Green Vision, SMB customers can now
acquire IT solutions best suited for their work environment, without
encountering hassles of hefty implementation charges.
By utilizing rental schemes offered by Green Vision customers
can effectively use applications before purchasing them by depositing a meager
amount as security charges and paying rental fee. Currently, Green Vision is
offering solutions around ERP and anti-virus appliances for SMBs.

Elaborating
about this new move Saket Kapur, CEO, Green Vision said, "It has been
observed that as businesses are going global their demand for adopting best in
class IT solutions has risen considerably, and the case of SMB clients is no
different from their corporate counterparts. Hitherto, small businesses had to
compromise on IT necessities owing to the cost involved in acquiring new
solutions and unavailability of skilled manpower. ence in order to eradicate
this differentiation and give this growing class of SMB customers the solutions
they require, we have added rental-based solutions suite to our portfolio."
Kapur further added, "Small and medium businesses can
now
incorporate solutions as simple as HR management solutions, inventory management
thereby moving onto comprehensive suites like ERP and CRM at very miniscule
charges, which were earlier not within the budgets of SMB clients."
However, Kapur pointed out that along with benefiting SMB
customers, the rental scheme introduced by the company would also play a very
pivotal role in sustaining a sturdy bottomline for Green Vision as well. He
remarked, "In face of the prevailing scenario the IT business is
functioning in crests and turfs, but having a business model that allows us to
extract finances on a monthly basis could definitely bring stability to the
bottomline of our company's financial figures."
Throwing light on why Green Vision chose to offer lease-based
solutions to SMB customers, especially since such an initiative requires a
substantial initial of investment, Kapur explained, "Financial commitments
from SMB clients is a major drawback, due to financial constraints these
customers often step back from a deal even after discussing its benefits.
Nonetheless, I believe that SMB customers have a very resilient option in their
hands, which will allow them to deploy solutions without having to worry about
the finances. And as I had stated earlier in the long run this business model
will prove to be advantageous for us as well."
