Compuage Infocom

With a remarkable 35 percent growth in its overall revenue pattern, Compuage has been catapulted to the number four slot from previous year's seventh rank. Internal organizational restructuring, which created the positions for Vice President (Sales and Marketing), DGM (Credit) and Manager (HR and training) are considered to be the primary growth factors for the company. The restructuring clearly highlighted the organization's need for internal delegation of power and its focus over personnel as part of the result of its plans for diversification. While southern and western zones continued to feature as the top revenue earners for the company at 33 percent and 30 percent respectively, Q4 proved very beneficial for the company. The highest growth percentage came in from this quarter at Rs 318 crore, reflecting the improving economic scenario. The company has over 6,000 channel partners spread primarily in the North, West and South zones with enhanced focus on the upcountry markets in south and west.
