HCL Infinet to market InFocus projectors in India

Targeting specific verticals of business, government and education - US-based InFocus Corp has introduced its new line of multi-use mobile projectors in India in association with HCL Infinet. With a starting price of Rs 60,000, the projects will be available through HCL Infinet's channel network. 

''India is one of our focus markets. Overall, the Indian market for this segment is pegged at around Rs 225 crore and we would want to ride on the growth in this market by taking a leading role by providing latest products and services,'' explained InFocus VP, Thomson Chan.

The products introduced include InFocus X2, which enhances the top selling value projector InFocus X1, the new mobile projector InFocus LP70+ and the latest LP600 with LitePort feature that expands offerings for business communication and shared learning environments.

HCL Infinet GM, V Rajendran said that the market for projectors grew 63% this year, and with the addition of these products to the HCL portfolio, the company is ideally poised to garner a substantial share of the market.
