HP launches HP ESS ISV program 2009 in India

New Delhi: Hewlett-Packard (HP) India announced the launch of HP ESS Independent Software Vendors (ISV) program in India.

The all new ISV program is designed to engage ISVs at various levels with relevant HP teams. The program will focus on joint go-to-market, training and certification initiatives.  There are almost 250 ISVs' in India, who have already signed up for this program.

With technology enablement by HP, ISVs will be able to create end-to-end deployable customer solutions and reduce costs both in physical and virtual environments. The ISV community will also work closely with HP ESS and Vertical teams on customer opportunities.

Additionally, HP has also revamped the technology lab partner technology access center (PTAC) for ISV enablement and certification to assist ISV adoption of HP products and capabilities. The lab will make available ISV applications on HP platforms and to create a differentiation of these applications to increase stickiness of ISV solutions on HP platforms.

The ESS ISV partner program will equip ISVs with unparalleled ability to communicate performance and usage insights to their clients. With partner technology access center, ISVs can monitor, identify and assess future development opportunities to grow business.
