HP India, which recently unveiled its SMB smart office initiative, will be taking the help of associations across the country for
its marketing and advertising campaigns, discloses HP India PSG Head-Marketing, Shuchi
Sarkar. The company will launch its campaign in the month of June and will also be
enrolling the associations to reach their customers effectively. "We are in talks with the associations and are mainly looking at the smaller ones as
they are more capable of effectively discharging the duties compared to the larger associations. However, things have not been finalized as yet," says
Shuchi. She adds, "We will finalize the cities and associations keeping in mind the needs of the customer there."
Points out HP India's Channel Marketing Manager (PSG) Sumeet Gungnani, "We are planning lots of activities involving key
channel partners. And will be doing road shows, training programs etc. But before venturing into any
territory we will take an overall picture and based on the needs will decide which partner to target with what products, solutions and services."
