Imation appoints Lipi Data Systems as national distributor

Imation India announced the appointment of Lipi Data Systems, a printer
manufacturer and IT distribution company, as its national distributor for
Imation range of products.

According to Sanjay Koul, Country Manager (India & SAARC), Imation India,
"We are delighted to appoint Lipi Data Systems, as our national
distribution partner in India. It has extensive channel network and presence
across all market geographies including the B and C class cities - which is
ideal as far as our distribution and channel objectives are concerned. Besides,
Lipi Data Systems has good service, support and warehousing facilities that are
of immense benefit to Imation."

Imation would leverage on Lipi Data Systems pan-India reach as it has 105
sales and service offices, 22 warehouses in almost all major states and 500
direct-billing dealers and resellers across the country under its fold thereby
reaching out to customer's in remote locations. Its access to upcountry markets
will be of immense advantage for Imation.
