Ingram India's top brass to have new heads

Ingram Micro has appointed Tech Pacific India’s CEO, K Jaishankar as MD of the merged entity. Ingram Micro had signed an agreement to acquire Tech Pacific for approximately $493 million in an all cash deal in September.

The company (Ingram Micro) has further decided to move its existing Chief Operating Officer (COO) SP Rajguru to the position of Director, Sales for India, with Shailendra Gupta taking over as the COO for Asia Pacific region, excluding China and Hong Kong.
