Iris Computers to expand product line and branch offices

New Delhi: Delhi based national distributor Iris Computers is all set to
expand their product line. The company wants to distribute more of networking
products, UPS and consumer PCs. The company has recently tied up with Dell and
will be distributing their products across the country. In addition to this Iris
is planning to set up five offices in the eastern part of the country.

Talking about the expansion plans, Sanjiv Krishen, Director Iris Computers
said, “Every year we open five offices as part of exploring newer geographies
and strengthening our presence across the country, we will be opening new branch
offices. We already have a strong presence in all the other regions except
eastern part of the country and will be focusing on that.”

Elaborating on the recent tie-ups he added, "We have tied up with Dell few
months back and will now be distributing their PCs as well." It may be noted
that early this year the company had tied up with HCL peripherals and Raritan,
which helped in boosting their business further. "The Dell tie up will see us
push consumer PCs. In addition we are also planning to distribute more and more
networking products, UPS and consumer PCs because there is immense scope for
expansion in this area," said Krishen.

Iris has a presence in 29 locations across the country and close to 1100
reseller partners across the country and will also be increasing the number of
partners following the dell tie-up.
