ISS to have Center of Excellence in India

Atlanta-based Internet Security Systems (ISS) will soon log on to India. A
Center of Excellence (CoE) in India to come up by the end of this year will mark
ISS' entry to India.

In collaboration with Virtusa Corporation, the CoE will initially have about
100 professionals working on new product development, security content packaging
and existing solutions before adding other services in the future.

“Over a period of time we would like to have other operations and grow the
group. We would like to make use of the rich talent pool available in India,”
stated Heath Thompson, VP - Engineering, ISS, while announcing the company's
plan to open the center.

Virtusa, will help with the security products and services to scale its
Center of Excellence team. At present 40 Virtusa professionals work on ISS
solutions in Hyderabad. “The opening of the center will provide us many
opportunities. One of them is to work with a company like Virtusa,” added
Thompson.

“Virtusa will provide assistance to scale ISS' team in India.,” said
Santanu Paul, GM - Asia Head (High Tech Practice), Virtusa.
