In my next birth I would
like to take myself to the next level of self development.

have ever received?

I can't say if it is the
best or not, but people say that I am a nice person to be with. I
think I am a good friend to people. Generally I do not believe in
taking, but paying compliments.

Most memorable event of
your life?

When I became an
entrepreneur.

Your idol in life?

My professional role model
is Jack Welch, ex CEO of GE. His achievements really inspire me to
dream big in life.

What is that one thing
that you would like to change in yourself?

It would be my inability
to set my priorities right. I face this challenge every morning.

Most embarrassing
moment?

I am a very cautious
person and avoid such situations. However, there have been a few
instances where my act of over
selling and the subsequent customer's query embarrassed me.

Your favorite author
and book?

Ram Charan is my favorite.
I like reading all his books; but my favorites are 'Every Business Is
a Growth Business' and 'Confronting Reality'.

What are your hobbies?

Reading, writing and
photography.

Five things you cannot
live without?

Family, books, traveling,
selling and staying in touch with my friends.

Where do you see
yourself five years down the line?

I would be enjoying life
after retirement. I might also take up teaching or training in
future.

Your advice to upcoming
entrepreneurs?

Honesty, sincerety and
transparency. Adequate planning and careful sourcing of funds is also
necessary. All of these have to synchronize well. People generally do
not take proper care of their customers. One must treat his
customers, stakeholders and employees equally.
