Jalgaon association revived

After three years of hibernation, IT resellers in Jalgaon have decided to
revive their association. The decision was taken before the IT Panchayat
conducted in Jalgaon last month. The association will be known as the Jalgaon
Computer Dealer Association (JCDA).

“It has been over three to four years since the association was active in any
context. After the IT Panchayat, we realized that we need to have our own
association as a common platform to solve various problems we face,” said Manish
Lotwala, Official Spokesperson, JCDA.

“Earlier, the association had a namesake existence. It would come together
only when big players had some issues to sort out. After the issues were
resolved, it would become inactive again. This occurred at a regular interval.
At IT Panchayat, we realized that it is high time that we introspect our stand
collectively,” added Lotwala.

Kanayalal Verma was appointed as the new President of the association and
Anil Shirsath as its VP. Bharat Masani and Neeraj Agarwal were appointed as
General Secretary and Treasurer, respectively.
